2 Stars These are not very good at all…
I have to agree that these have a weak infrared pass through. Once the wiimotes are mounted I have a very hard time making menu selections. When playing Mario Kart using these you will often make a sudden and unexpected left turn and crash out, which is really anoying. Taking the wiimotes out of these wheels gives better performance. The wheel that came with Mario Kart works flawlessly, and so now my kids fight over who gets stuck with one of these.
Spend the extra $5 and get 2 official Wii Wheels…
5 Stars Kids Love Mario Brotheres Driving with Wheels
Wheels are great fun with Game. ONly chllenge is game ended up getting a few scrathes and having problems playing now. Great price for pair.
4 Stars Good Wheel One Issue
Wheel is fine. Actually handles little better than Wii wheel. Only issue is that when making selections, the little window for the wii controller does not work so well, so you end up taking the remote out of the wheel. Overall excellent product and excellent price.
5 Stars 14 year old very happy
My 14 year old had these on her wish list when we purchased our Wii last month. For some time now, she has played Wii Mario Cart at her friends houses, and raves these are the best wheels by far, and definitely preferred over the original Nintendo wheel. I like the price too, as we bought 2 packages to ensure that everyone can play and not be left out. So far no issues, and everyone is happy!
4 Stars Good For The Price
These wheels are almost, but not quite, as nice as the Nintendo ones. I personally prefer the Nintendo wheel because it has the button on the back to press the trigger on the wii remote rather than just a hole for it like these wheels. I’ll leave it up to you if that’s worth the additional three dollars.
