4 Stars Not just for golfers
Overall a pretty awesome game! You don’t need to know allot about golf to enjoy playing. All Play makes it easy for everyone. With 3 player skill options anyone should be able to find what they like. The game graphics are clean and bright. Game play is smooth with lots of other challenges besides standard golf. If you like golf but not a ‘real’ player, or you are a ‘real’ player, you will enjoy this game.
I bought this version rather than the newer one simply for price.
5 Stars Great, but Tiger 10 might be better
This game is lots of fun, and the All-Play setting makes it possible for everyone to play together. There’s no learning curve needed with the All-Play. That said, I wish I had bought Tiger 10 instead, only because that has a disc golf feature on it. However, it’s also a wii-motion game, so you have to buy the wii-motion add-on to your remote, increasing the cost. If you just want golf, this is the game to get!

the game is very realistic with he exception that sometimes the strengh shown on scxreen to hit the ball does not accord to the game and sometimes you strocke it to hasrd or to slow and loose a stroke thanks to the game telling you to do so….
1 Star Tiger Woods 09 is a thumbs down.
Compared to the previous two versions, version 09 was a terrible disappointment. When putting you have to hit the ball as if you were driving and that’s only one of the bad things about this game. Save your money and buy an 07 or 08 version.
