5 Stars Fun with the Wii Shotgun
I am NOT a fan of shooting games, and I’m not a fan of horror games at all. I got this game because I just wanted to try a game that went with the Wii Shotgun. It’s actually a really fun game.

It’s very challenging, but I keep retrying and retrying because it’s so fun blasting zombies’ heads off. It’s not even scary, it’s just funny. You’ll find yourself trying again and again to defeat the Wheel of Fortune in House of the Dead 3 and that boss in the water area in House of the Dead 2. Maybe it’s just the charm of arcade games that keeps you wanting more.

It’s a classic and a must-have. The House of the Dead spells a good time.

5 Stars The Game Is Good!!!
This is a pretty good game if you like a straight up shooter. It is simple and straight forward which is the reason it is so much fun to play. The controls are on point with the aiming and firing and it is the closest thing to the arcade that I have seen on a console – it is also just as fun. It is worth the $30. Even if you are not into shooting games this game is fun with all the horror and cheesy story line. Nintendo got this game right. This game is good to go!!!

3 Stars Zombie Blaster
Lots of options allow the game to be replayed alot and not seem so redundant. Every time you beat it you unlock new extras. Having 2 games in 1 disc lengthen the life of the experience. It’s not very hard to get the hang of, so even novices will be entertained. Worth checking out.

4 Stars A must own for the fans…
While there is nothing new in this offering, it is exactly what it is advertised to be. I’ve kept my Sega Dreamcast around for several years just to play House of the Dead 2. Now it may be visiting the trade-in stack. If you loved the originals on the Dreamcast or at the local arcade, this is a “Must Own” title. This disk contains two great games for the price of one. Many hours of on-the-rail shooting await!

3 Stars Good for while but…..
I bought this game in order to have a nice OLD game I played as a kid at home. It is a very good port of an old arcade. I recomend to see in Youtube the gameplay and then buy it if you want. However, after several hours of play the game lost its charm. That does not mean it is a bad game. It only means the game does not offer something new.

Gameplay
Action in LEGO Rock Band is nearly identical to the familiar flow of Rock Band gameplay, only with a LEGO twist. Your goal is to run through a succession rock tinged family friendly song tracks with your band, consisting in multiplayer modes of up to four avatars in LEGO form controlled with guitar, bass guitar, microphone and drum controllers. The game features compatibility with most existing Rock Band and Guitar Hero instrument controllers for the appropriate platform. 5 Stars AWESOME FUN! good for Entertaining Friends!
The moment we got it we couldnt stop playing it. This is great for parties or with a group of friends but you will find yourself praticing when you are alone. Great song collection and easy to use. Of course eventually you will sing every song but it fun to see everyone else taking a try at it. Really like the “short” & “long” versions of the songs. Unlocked video are a cute addition. It was worth the buy!!!

5 Stars Fun for the whole family!!!
Absolutley love this game; fun for the whole family and brings out the frustrated singer in all of us!!! Great for parties too!

4 Stars game
was a gift for my niece and nephews…they loved the game, just wasn’t too crazy about the music selection

1 Star Didn’t Like IT!
I must say I was very disappointed in this game. I am an AI fan and was so excited to play this. But, to my disappointment, I didn’t know most of the songs that were on the game. Maybe 2 or 3 of them…which is not enough to get any enjoyment out of it. The WII version doesn’t allow you to download your own songs so I was stuck. How many times can you sing 3 songs? It gets pretty boring! I am tradin this back in to Amazon today. I really lost out on this game.

5 Stars video game
My teenage daughter has friends over to play this game – they have so much fun singing and laughing.

Wii Music

Wii Music

When it comes to music and rhythm games, Wii Music stands in a class of its own. Unlike other music games, which penalize players if they don’t play perfectly, Wii Music is a musical playground where there are no mistakes. Here anyone can pick up and master the huge array of instruments available, through simple motions like strumming and drumming. Musicians in your band jam by simply playing their instruments to the beat of a song or by improvising to their heart’s content. Play faster. Play slower. Skip a beat, or throw in 10 more. No matter what you do, Wii Music automatically transforms your improv stylings into great music.

Gameplay: Getting Your Band Together
In Wii Music every band has six members: Two play the main melody, two cover the percussion beats, one covers the bass groove and one uses the song’s chords to support the melody. As a band, the six members often play their special parts at the same time, though each player can jam however and whenever he or she wants. Play all at once. Take turns in the spotlight. Pair up in creative ways throughout the song. You can bring the band to life by yourself, playing one part at a time-or with up to four players. See game mode below:

  • Solo Play: When you play by yourself, you can add one part at a time to arrange the whole song exactly how you want. The Tutes are on hand to back up your band in any parts you need filled.
  • Multiplayer: When in a band with friends, up to four people can be band members.
  • Wii Friends: Using WiiConnect24, you can send your jam videos to Wii Friends who own Wii Music. They can then watch your performance, modify it to their liking and send their jam videos back to you.

Tutes: Your Own Private Back-up Band
When not playing with friends, you can invite jam masters known as Tutes to play with you. They’ll join a session playing an instrument that each thinks is strong for a specific song. You can simply enjoy the musical camaraderie, or pick up instrument tips by watching them jam. If you choose to watch, the Tutes will show you lots of techniques for many of these instruments, then ask you to follow their examples. They’ll start with the simplest techniques, then as you master each one, show you even more nuanced ones.

Key Game Features:

  • Easy to Play Improv Jams – All members of your band jam by simply playing their instruments to the beat of a song or by improvising to their heart’s content. Play faster. Play slower. Skip a beat, or throw in 10 more. Wii Music challenges you to transform your improv stylings into great music. There are no mistakes and no game scores-just playing for the pure joy of playing.
  • Wii Controls Immerse You in the Music – You can play most of the 60-plus instruments in Wii Music using simple motions with the Wii Remote and Nunchuk controllers. Strum to play guitar, banjo and sitar. Drum to play jazz drums, congas and snare drums. Hammer away to play piano, vibraphone and marimba. Unlike most music games, Wii Music doesn’t make you use many complex buttons. You only need to imitate playing the instrument.
  • Virtually Endless Ways to Make Music – You choose the song and instruments and decide whether to blaze through a rock take on classical songs, put a jazzy spin on folk tunes or transform Nintendo classics like the Super Mario Bros. theme into Latin-flavored numbers. The song list is only a takeoff point-it’s how you improvise with the songs that matters.
  • Share Your Band Jams With Friends – They’ll see your Mii band members, your players’ improv styles and your instrument selections. They can watch your recordings, or play over parts of your song, then send their modified recording back to you. So you can send improv jams back and forth over WiiConnect24, changing them again and again.

You only need to imitate playing the instrument. Wii Music offers virtually endless ways to make music.

Fun Beyond the Jam
Designed with classic Wii gameplay in mind, Wii Music includes many other modes and play options besides the main band jams, including several musical games and an enhanced video playback mode for recorded jams.

  • Videos Mode: Watch your jam videos in an enhanced playback mode that brings your jams to life with fun environmental effects and dramatic camera angles.
  • Mii Maestro: By waving the Wii Remote like a conductor’s baton in this mini-game, you’ll lead a Mii orchestra through orchestrated songs, such as The Legend of Zelda theme. Make them play quickly, slowly, strongly or gently-the orchestra is at your command.
  • Handbell Harmony: In this musical mini-game, you’ll play in a handbell ensemble by swinging your Wii Remote and Nunchuk. Everyone on the team has a job to do: play one of your notes only when the tune demands it.
  • Pitch Perfect: How good is your musical ear? In this whimsical musical quiz, you’ll have to solve challenges, like putting note-playing Miis in order from lowest to highest pitch.
  • Drum Mode: In the one mode that uses the Wii Balance Board accessory (sold with Wii Fit), you can feel what it’s like to play a real-life drum set. You’ll use the Wii Remote and Nunchuk as drumsticks, and place both feet on the Wii Balance Board-which work as virtual pedals for the bass drum and hi-hat cymbal.

5 Stars wii music is fun
I found this game fun and challenging. learning new ways of playing was the best as was free play.

5 Stars Wii Music
My friends and I love playing Wii Music at parties. It is so much fun!

1 Star not really fun..
i suppose kids will like this game, but as YA this is not really a good game. It’s not fun, it’s not interactive at all, and kinda boring.

1 Star Poor implementation of a good concept
The game is extremly boring. I get this free, even do, is expensive. We try it twice and now is stored way far from the Wii console.

5 Stars Wonderful for Children
A fabulous game for young children. They love to choose the different instruments, play the songs how they like, and especially to create the videos. There’s not a huge amount of appeal for an adult audience, but playing this game with children is a lot of fun. It’s just a joy to watch how much fun they’re having with it.

Wii Energizer 2x Induction Charge Station

Wii Energizer 2x Induction Charge Station

The Energizer 2x Induction Charge Station includes a charging station, 2 rechargeable battery packs, 2 covers and 1 UL-approved AC power cord. You can charge the Wii Remotes with or without the silicone sleeve.

User Ratings and Reviews

5 Stars Tired to telling using strap?
I have Wii remote dock already but I was looking for Wii remote dock with charging with Nintendo original remote jacket. This unit absolutely solved my problem. How may times did you tell your kids to use strap? getting tired? Yes, I was. I’ve been telling my 7 and 4 years old son to useing strap when thy play but they keep forgetting. I assume they keep forgetting until they break 50″ big screen T.V. I don’t want see that!!

I know teaching kids and using strap is most important things but this is something worry less for small children using Wii remote to play with throwing action toward the T.V because You will never remove jacket anymore.

I ordered from amazon on 10/10/09 and arrived on 10/14/09. It was reasonable proce [...]. Charger looks great. When it’s charging red light on, if it’s done turn to green. It’s takes about 4.5hours to fully charged.

You can stand with Wii’s original jacket and Wii motion can be cahrged without taking off any parts.

I have wireless nunchuck “Kama” adaptor in the bottom of remote and charges no problem as well.

This is something hassul less, worry less, worth to pay only $29.99 with Amazon free shipping no tax.

4 Stars Excellent alternative to batteries for the wii
The energizer wii rechargeable battery station is just the solution needed for anyone with the wii motion attachment or who tires of changing batteries and having to remove the skin to do it. I have had my system for a month now and was a little worried before I got it because the reviews were so mixed. I have had no trouble with overheating. There are times when the remote registers as fully charged on the wii but it still has the charging indicator light on. But that has not seemed to be a problem.

My children played hours of speed racer and spiderman and I was sure I would have no charge left to play a round of tiger golf but there was plenty of charge left. It also does not seem to take very long to get enough of a charge to use for several hours.

The only two negatives I have is that in the upright position you must place the remote carefully as the strap can keep the remote away from the charger and prevent charging but paying attention is all that is required to overcome that. The other negative is that it would be great if Energizer sold the batteries separately so you could be charging a set while using another.

4 Stars Best charger I’ve tried so far
This is my fourth charger. I’ve had ones that charged fine before, but I get tired of not being able to charge without pulling out the straps or the sleeves. Since I have a 5 year old here I can’t run without them, so this was a good find for me.

Mine charged initially in about 5 hours or so, so not nearly as bad as some of the reviews. Charge lasts about as long as my previous charging system did, and I really can’t say how long it takes on average to recharge them since I just set them down and ignore them.

The ease is what makes this unit a winner over the other three I’ve had previously. Doesn’t get any easier than this…

5 Stars WiiMote recharger
Terrific product. Works well and charges quickly. You don’t have to remove the jacket and the Motion Plus is not a problem

3 Stars Not perfect, but okay
With the Wii motion attached, I was unable to get a consistent charge light when the charge station was in the standing position. Laying flat, it charges okay. The box and the product agree that the charging light is yellow whereas the manual says that it is red. I wish I could charge the remotes while they stand, but even with that limitation it was worth the purchase.
