3 Stars Liked Jet Moto? I did….
****UPDATE*** 5 stars for FUN: I got a chance to really sit down and play this game with some friends, and I must say, it is alot of fun. It felt like I was playing a mixture of Jet Moto and ATV:Offroad Fury… and that is a good thing. Sure, it doesnt compare graphically with PS3/Xbox 360 titles, but that isnt why we own a wii, right? We bought a wii because the games are fun and the controls are innovative. This game is a worthy title. Some online reviews really ripped into the controls… however, I found the controls to be really well done. ALso, I love that the game isnt stingy with Nitro/turbo…and it is diffucult enough that I am having to really work to get 1st place in all the events, and yet easy enough that newbies that come over are up and playing in no time! This is a fun title, and I suggest you buy it!

[Original review] When I bought this game, I didn’t expect more than what I knew it was: an land version of Jet-Moto using the Wiimote for steering… and that is exactly what I got. I read reviews that the steering is tricky, and it can be. But, all in all, I am enjoying the game. I am really looking forward to more people buying it, as right now you can’t always find people playing online, which is a feature that I am most excited about. Also, if you have a friend that also owns the game and is connected via wi-fi, you can connect peer to peer with this via wiiconnect and play them, which is a nice option for parents who want to be sure of who their kids are playing with…all you need is them to be added to your wii address book. I should also mention that there is a 4-player split screen mode that aint too shabby!

There seems to be alot of replay value as well… lots of unlockables and mini games, etc. I will update this review as soon as I get further in the game!

3 Stars Good
it is good, but you might get board because it goes in circle so many times.

5 Stars A hit for Father’s Day!
The game was a huge hit for my husband & son (5) for dad’s day. I wanted a game that they could play together & this is it. They love playing the game & racing side x side.

5 Stars fun game…for the price
i bought this game cheap (as i do with most) and for the price it’s darn fun….find it cheap and just buy it. it’s a motorcyle game for the wii, you can’t go wrong

5 Stars Awesome game!!!!!
The wii sports resort contains a lot of very nice games. The only shortcoming is the exclusion of tennis which I love so much.

4 Stars Wii Sports Resort
We just got the Wii Sports Resort and I love it. It is a little more animated than the wii sports. The grandchildren especially love it. My 4 year old grandson really likes the plane and flying over the island and down the volcano. I would recommend this game.

3 Stars Almost 4 stars, if not for a couple issues….
I love wii sports, so this was right up my alley. I was interested to see the difference with using the wii motion plus, but a little put off that there’s only one included with the game — and of course about 2 days after someone got this for me as a gift, they released the special edition which includes 2 wii motion pluses! Talk about frustration. So we had to go out and buy another for twenty bucks in order to play together. According to the instructions, you need the wii motion plus in order to play at all.

That was a large reason why I took off an extra star, because it was really frustrating. Also, I expected more new sports — there are some here that are also in the original wii sports such as golf and bowling. Table tennis is very similar to the regular tennis. And this is where the other big fault of the game is. We love to play the wii tennis/table tennis. With the extra motion plus, I thought it would be less frustrating for me to play(I always lose!). I found the it doesn’t recognize when I switch during game play from backhand to regular, etc. I’m a lefty, don’t know if that’s making any difference.

I love the archery, frisbee and surprisingly, I’m good at the basketball and really enjoy the 3 point throwing. I’m still getting the hang of canoeing and a few of the water sports. The flying is also fun. Definitely a great game to pick up, if you’re ok with the downfalls. I think if I had gotten the set of wii motion pluses with the game for a better price, I would have rated it better.

5 Stars Wii Sports Resort
This game has something for everyone. It is a great product for the entire family.

5 Stars alot of fun
Alot of fun. Great for a group of people. The kids like it. Most games are fun and need a little to no learning curve. Some games like bike or canoe not so much fun but each its own

1 Star Over 4 years old? Don’t bother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our 7 year daughter bought this game with her own money and after just 30 minutes, realized that everything about this game was very childish and could only possibly hold the attention of real little kids for a few minutes. Petting, brushing (not much different than the petting), feeding, and playing very basic games in front of a cheesy looking pet is just about the only things you really get to do. The sound and graphics are terrible and childish, and no matter which type of pet you get to choose from, everything is basically the same. It was so bad, that after then trying a couple of assigned chores at the resort (brushing, petting, and feeding the pets some more) to try to earn coins just to buy more pet food, she said that it was so boring and stupid that she never wants to play this game ever again and it immediately went into the sell pile. That was from a 7 year old who just spent her own allowance money!!!!! Our 9 year old son just laughed at the entire game and never remotely was interested in trying anything with it. For those of you with smaller kids, most in-game instructions have to be read off the screen to even know what to do, so if they can’t read it for themselves, have fun sitting there and reading everything for them!!!!!! Thank goodness we did not have to this with our daughter or it would have lasted maybe 10 minutes. Nothing more needs to be said about the worst game we as a family have ever seen. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

5 Stars Perfect for Kids!
As a young father and Wii fan, I can highly recommend

this title! It’s fun to play (not just for my kids:-),

has got a very cute style and lovely animations.

Especially the smart use of the Wiimote (you can

actually pet your animals just like in real life!)

is a lot of fun.
